The Umhlatuze Pharmacy Group is led by Dr Gustav Kriel, the CEO, who is a pharmacist and holds two business degrees specialising in finances and economics. Mr Wayne Kriel is the Operating Officer and holds a BA Hons degree in Logistics, he has also registered to pursue a LLM degree in International Business in order to facilitate the groups Import/ Export arm operating under Mrs Ilca Kriel as FFL Trading Pty Ltd, she also manages the Marketing arm of the group and heads up the Technical Section involving Information Technology. Miss Tyla Kriel who has a BA in Psychology heads up the Human Resources division and Training facility, and finally Mr Andre Brand who holds various HR diplomas as well as a Pharmacist Assistant diploma managing the Wholesale division, operating under the name of Umhlatuze Wholesale Druggists and also advises Miss Tyla Kriel on CCMA and HR matters due to his past experience in this field.
