Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. UCS is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. UCS was founded in 1996 by Willie Toney Sellers, Jr., after his retirement from 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy. UCS has over 20 years experience in providing excellent facility management services to large and small clients in government and non-governmental environments across the United States and Puerto Rico. UCS has extensive experience providing janitorial services, facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, pest control, window cleaning and other related services. Our workforce consists of over 130 employees along with 30 plus subcontractors. We currently service over 30 government and 10 commercial customers across the United States.
