The Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua, NH seeks to provide a welcoming community and spiritual haven in a tumultuous world. Our mission is to engage people in a search for truth and meaning within a supportive liberal religious community that encourages personal and spiritual growth, embraces diversity, and promotes social justice. Unitarian Universalism is a liberal religion with Judeo-Christian roots. It also draws from the teachings of many world religions and appeals to people from a diversity of traditions. There are no doctrinal or creedal requirements for joining a Unitarian Universalist congregation. Instead, UUs affirm and promote seven Principles that uphold the worth of all human beings, promote the search for truth and reason, prize justice and the democratic process, advocate freedom of belief, and respect the interdependent web of life.
