Unitas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stoke-on-Trent City Council and delivers repairs and maintenance services to Stoke-on-Trents 18,500 council homes and 600 public buildings. Unitas and the city council provide a wealth of employment opportunities across all local services, with a firm commitment to employing a growing number of apprentices. Unitas has been designed to offer an improved, more flexible service for tenants, and will ensure that property owned by the city council is maintained to a high standard. We carry out an average of 600 responsive repair jobs a day under a 42m annual budget, with plans to refurbish 1,500 void properties.
