United Indian School

United Indian School, established in 1985 stands head held high in the heart of Abbassia in Kuwait. Having carved a niche for itself in the educational arena in Kuwait, the school is one of the biggest and the best among the CBSE schools in Kuwait. Serving about 6300 students, the school seeks to provide an integrated programme in training of the intellect, body and spirit of every child under its care. UIS is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Kuwait and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India. It prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination(AISSCE). The medium of instruction is English with Hindi as the second language. From Std IX, French is also offered in place of Hindi. Arabic is taught from Std 1
