UNITED MASTER ARCHITECTS is the new joint venture of SKICA STUDIO and ARCHITECTONIKA that the two companies created in early 2023. With 20+ years of experience on the market and a well-established presence shaping the skyline of Sofia the two lead architects Elitsa Panayotova and Dimitar Paskalev united their practices, led by the idea to bring the sustainable architecture to another level. United Master Architects aims to enhance the connection between the urban grid and the individuality and uniqueness of each project while providing high-efficiency and modern technology of the design services.
