United St Saviours Charity

We unite the people and charitable organisations of Southwark through our grant making programmes and sheltered housing for older people in our almshouses. We invest in our communities through our annual 1m+ charity grants programmes and work collaboratively with organisations across Southwark and London at both strategic and grass root levels. The residents of our 75 almshouse homes enjoy superbly maintained buildings and facilities, and our staff give them one-to-one support to ensure they feel safe and comfortable, and live a fulfilling and independent life. Our place in Southwark is historic, yet our work today is focused entirely on helping meet present day social needs and problems specific to communities in Southwark: A need for strong and cohesive communities, a level playing field for all, and being positive about ageing.
