Founded in 1999, Universal Academy of Pittsburgh (UAP) is an equal opportunity, non-profit, full-time Islamic school. UAP is the only full-time, accredited Islamic school in the greater Pittsburgh area. Families trust UAP to provide excellence in education in an Islamic environment for children in preschool through grade 8. Quran Memorization and Tajweed, Islamic Studies, Arabic, IT, S.T.E.A.M., Social & Emotional Learning, Gym, and Art are taught in addition to a rigorous curriculum that is aligned with the National Common Core Standards. We also provide remedial services for Reading and Math as well as counseling and speech therapy
