University of Tartu School of Law

The School of Law teaches law at all levels of higher education and offers BA and MA programmes both in Tartu and Tallinn. The School of Law has two English-taught MA programmes: Information Technology Law (1-year programme in Tartu) and International Law and Human Rights (2-year programme in Tallinn). The University of Tartu is the only university in Estonia to award doctorates in law. Doctoral studies take place in Tartu. The School of Law actively participates in shaping Estonias legal policy. The School of Law is the number one law school in Estonia and the Baltic states (rated 251-300 in QS World University Rankings by Subject 2019).
