March 24, 1964, this Credit Union was founded as T.U.T. Federal Credit Union by thirteen members to serve the employees of The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. In October of 1976 the Credit Unions name was officially changed to the University of Toledo Federal Credit Union and expanded services to the Medical College of Ohios employees. In the beginning, the services were limited and the money short, but the 13 members were enthusiastic about their Credit Union.
