University Womens Club

Founded by the pioneers of education for women, the University Womens Club is a welcoming and secure environment for professional, business, student and graduate women. For the past 130 years, the club has offered itself to members as a retreat from the stresses of London, as a resource with our library and intellectual events and as a network for busy women to meet and engage with likeminded individuals. Our home in Audley Square was purchased from the Russell Family in 1921, and its garden-adjacent Dining Room, wood-panelled Library and elegant Drawing Room are much loved and used by our members. The clubhouse also has 22 bedrooms for use by members, guests and reciprocal members. Affordably priced, the rooms promise a warm and comfortable stay in the heart of Mayfair.
