New MSOC, New Vision - Building Tomorrows Leaders The UNSW Management Society (MSOC) is the constituent club of the School of Management at the Australian School of Business. The society was first established in 2010 as Organisation and Management Society (OMSOC), with Nicole Soo in the role of President. The founding of the society was largely initiated by Dr Hugh Bainbridge, with the idea of connecting with management students outside of the classroom. As the constituent student society of UNSWs School of Management, the UNSW Management Society (MSOC) has often been misconceived to be niche-targeting students within the Management major. On the contrary, MSOC recognises that Management is a universal skill that transcends degrees and industries, and hence our vision is underpinned by our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
