Founded in 1993, the Union of NGOs of Togo (UONGTO) is an apolitical and non-profit umbrella organization which aims to coordinate actions between its members and to promote partnership between them and national and international development organizations. The mission of UONGTO is to i) strengthen the capacities and professionalism of CSOs in Togo; ii) coordinate and support CSOs in strengthening the impact of their actions; iii) work to maximize the effectiveness of CSO participation in good governance and the improvement of their environment
