URBO is a one-of-a kind 26,000 square foot culinary destination that is a celebration of New York City in look, sound and feel. Urbo Kitchens, our first floor dining destination, has twin kitchens flanking the restaurant: a dramatic open-flame grill and a sublime raw seafood bar. Both are bordered by beautiful Calacatta marble countertops, for those who want to watch the artists at work. And if you prefer leather banquettes, diner-style highchairs or traditional table seating, the Kitchens offers all this with elegant Modern American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Urbo Grind is a coffee house serving refreshing, gourmet coffees, teas, house-baked breads and pastries. Also on the first floor is Urbo Supply a retail shop with artisanal food products and culinary-themed items. Urbo Loft is inspired by the rooftop gardens of New York City.
