USC Dance Marathon

University of South Carolina Dance Marathon is the largest student-run philanthropic organization on in the state of South Carolina. We are a movement uniting our students, campus, and community to raise funds for the Child Life Program at Prisma Health Childrens Hospital, our local Childrens Miracle Network Hospital. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events including our spring Main Event, which is a 14-hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon that celebrates the culmination of a years worth of efforts to raise financial and emotional support for the patients of Prisma Health Childrens Hospital. In 2022, we raised $931,016 for Prisma Health Childrens Hospital! Now entering our 25th year, Dance Marathon at USC has raised over $7.2 million to help improve the lives of over 150,000 children across the state.
