UTT is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Etisalat, the largest telecommunications provider in the Middle East, possesses extensive Industry experience. Seven Emirates, a prominent UAE-based investor, boasts significant expertise in real estate, investment, project management, and finance. UTT was established in alignment with Abu Dhabis visionary economic plan for 2030.
