UXI Sport identified the need for a Rugby Athlete transformational development platform designed for rugby players not able to, or who choose not to access the traditional University streams. The current South African economy is in desperate need of employable graduates in sectors where scarce skills have been identified. The UXI Rugby Institutes offers a High Performance rugby development programme in conjunction with an Academic qualification, and mental and life skills coaching, that will not only allow for optimum development in the sport of rugby, but within a disciplined structure, the opportunity to holistically grow as an individual, while completing a qualification through accredited providers, that will ensure employability during and also after rugby.
