Full name: Uzbekinvest International Insurance Company Limited The Main Objective The main objective of the company is to offer political risk insurance to encourage new foreign investment in the infrastructure, natural resource development and industrial production in Uzbekistan. UIIC shares the risks on co-insurance basis usually with AIG and other market players, and plays an integral part in stimulating trade and investment flow into Uzbekistan. All business insured by UIIC is accepted on its behalf by an underwriting agency company, AIG Uzbekinvest Limited, established for this purpose and owned 51% by AIG Overseas Limited, and 49% by Uzbekinvest National Export-Import Insurance Company.
