Our doors opened in 1952 as a full-service retail and wholesale travel agency as we started our very first tour packages, offering under the name of Lea Lea Tours. In 1995, while Vacations Hawaii celebrated its 43rd year of offering services to families throughout the Islands, we joined forces with another family that was well-known in Hawaii: Boyd Gaming Corporation. Soon after, we began offering twice-weekly, discounted non-stop charter service to Las Vegas, with exclusive packages at Main Street Station, the Fremont Hotel and Casino, California Hotel and Casino, and Sams Town Hotel and Gambling Hall. Today, Omni Air International operates five charter flights a week for Vacations Hawaii. In addition, Vacations Hawaii offers discounted travel packages to dozens of U.S. cities, utilizing the services of American, Delta, Hawaiian and United Airlines.
