Anchal and Manoj met in 2018 after 31 years of having graduated from IIM Ahmedabad at the batch reunion. Anchal had just returned from his long stint in Paris where he built a global lifestyle brand while Manoj was contemplating bringing a long, successful global career in the FMCG corporate houses to an end. Manoj was fascinated by the Creative and Cultural Businesses Programme that Anchal had founded at IIMA with an intent of equipping the new age creative Indian talent with strong brand building and management knowledge so that more Indian brands can scale and make a mark globally.
