ValCon was organized in January 1975 to provide our clients with construction related services for real property. We have historically provided a broad range of services since our inception. Our service offerings are typically defined by the clients interest in the real estate including Developers, Owners, Investors, and Lenders. Our level of engagement has varied from consultant/advisor to active manager of construction. ValCon is staffed by professionals who have long-term experience in the construction industry. They combine a thorough knowledge of construction with a practical understanding of the needs of the Owner, and Investor. We utilize a team approach to our projects and may supplement our staff with specialty consultants depending upon project needs.
