This team built a student housing portfolio of over 51,000 beds with 22,500,000 square feet in four brands over a 14-year period and have been involved in the development of over 800 beds with 650,000 square feet of senior housing over the last 3-years since entering the senior living space. Currently, Valeo is focused on growing our senior & student housing platforms into industry leading positions.
