Valeo Vocation is a social enterprise providing temporary staffing solutions to our customers in Tacoma and Pierce County, WA, while providing employment opportunities to our clients experiencing homelessness. We combine business acumen with an innovative social program to help our clients move quickly from homelessness to stable employment and permanent housing. We are a competitive, viable business, but our fiscal purpose is in service of our social purpose. We use our profit to fund our program by providing comprehensive case management and supportive services to our clients, reducing their barriers to employment, providing employment skills training, career coaching, and assistance with basic needs while they earn income and achieve stability.
