Valley Oil Company is a third-generation family-owned petroleum and oil distribution business, based in Sweetwater, Tennessee. Founded in 1988 as Sweetwater Valley Oil Co., weve proudly provided outstanding service to the East Tennessee region and beyond for more than 30 years. In 2011, Valley Oil Company expanded its footprint by acquiring Benton Oil Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where it currently operates a second office and bulk service plant. Over the past several years, the company service area has expanded into five surrounding states, leading us to undertake a rebranding initiative that better represents our business. Under this new vision, Sweetwater Valley Oil Co. will continue to be the parent company with the same management but will operate under the name Valley Oil Company.
