Vanderbilt Women in Business

In the spring of 2015, six undergraduate women sought to disrupt Vanderbilts business community by founding Vanderbilt Universitys first Women in Business organization. In the past six years, Women in Business (WiB) has expanded to an executive team of nine, a leadership team of over 30, and a community of 600 students. We have meticulously crafted a programming framework that aligns with our mission, encompassing committees dedicated to Mentorship, Externship, Career Services, Community Engagement, and Marketing. Within these arenas, we endeavor to foster professional growth and pave the way for our community members to thrive, extending our support not only throughout their collegiate journey but also beyond the auspicious milestone of graduation.
