Born in Turin 30 years ago, the company which has established itself in the world of creative eyewear design with its two labels VANNI and DERAPAGE takes on the form of a Benefit Corporation, the result of a journey that has lasted 8 months, changing its denomination in VANNI S.r.l. Societa Benefit. This corporate typology (introduced in Italy with the law no. 208/2015,) applies to the companies that pursue objectives of common good- beyond those of profit- in their corporate purpose.
