VBT Consortium is an architectural studio started by the late Mr. V.B. Thammiah operating in Bangalore for the past 60 years. Being one of the oldest practices in South India, VBT has been involved with some of the landmark projects in the region including the Music Academy in Chennai and the Vijaya Bank Headquarters in Bangalore. Our rich history has provided us with a diverse portfolio and armed us with valuable experience and in depth knowledge in a wide array of projects. VBT has designed and executed everything from Nuclear Power Plants, Class 10000 Environments, Stadiums, IT Parks to Integrated Townships. Each new project, no matter if its 5000 s.f. or 5,00,000 s.f., is viewed as a brand new challenge and that enthusiasm runs throughout the company.
