VDCAP Finserv Private Limited (VFPL) was incorporated in February 2021 and got Certificate of Registration (CoR) from RBI in March 2022. VFPL has started business operations from July 2022. VFPL was recognised as startup by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) during March 2023. VFPL provides small ticket size secured retail loans to individuals in underserved rural and semi urban areas by establishing physical presence in those areas. VFPL is focused on fulfilling the requirements of lower income and middle-income groups of the society spread across formal and informal sector of rural and semi urban market VFPL currently provides secured loans against commercial or residential property. VFPL currently serves lower income and middle-income groups of the society which lacks in meeting stringent documentation requirements.
