Ventura Country Club Community HOA is a gated, self-managed community of more than 1,700 luxury homes and condominiums and an 18-hole semi-private golf course. Recreational facilities include swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, childrens play area, shuffleboard and bocce courts, as well as a fitness center. Ventura Country Club is a Semi-Private Country Club located in Downtown Orlando designed by Mark Mahannah in 1981. Mr. Mahannah designed many courses in Florida from the 1960s through the late 1980s with the plan of keeping Floridas natural landscape intact.
