About Us Vetra Ventures Limited is an indigenous Property Development Company, incorporated on the 26th day of January 1996 as a property development and general business company but has been operating mainly in the housing sector responding to the calls for participation in solving the housing gap in Nigeria. We are developers of various real estates such as the Divine Estate in Ibadan and other pockets of housing scheme in Lagos and Abuja.
