Via Care is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in East LA providing exceptional care to patients in our service area throughout their lives. As a community-based organization, Via Care fulfills its mission by delivering quality healthcare services throughout the entire life cycle, in a manner that is respectful and conscious of the cultural and linguistic needs of our patients and their families. Via Care offers medical, dental and behavioral health services, including extensive family planning, health screenings, primary and acute care, womens health, pediatrics, HIV testing and treatment, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, podiatry, pharmacy services and more.
