viBe Theater Experience produces original, free theater and music about real-life issues written and performed by teenage girls of color in NYC and nationally. viBe provides a safe space for young people (ages 13-26) to express their voices, take on challenge and responsibility and gain the self-confidence to succeed personally, socially, artistically, and academically. Through intensive, free performing arts programs, workshops and productions, we engage and inspire young women and gender expansive youth to write, rehearse, publish and perform personal and truthful collaborative theater and music.
