Vicars Game specialises in producing the highest quality meat and game products to some of the countrys finest restaurants and wholesale markets, and also direct to the public through the farm shop based on the Yattendon Estate. The business specialises in the production of a high quality product using traditional methods working with whole carcasses, freshly cut each day to order, to ensure the end product can be to a customers precise requirements. All our beef is hung and matured for 28 days and the vast majority of our product comes from within a 30 mile radius of our shop. We hand tie all our sausages and cure all our bacon. We have an enviable reputation in the trade for producing a high quality product.
