Our CBE number is LS60232122022. VIKA Capitol was formed in 2008 with the express mission to advance the District of Columbias development, redevelopment and revitalization efforts. As part of this commitment, our office is located at 4910 Massachusetts Ave, NW to better serve our clients and the community. In addition, several of our staff members are District residents.
