Vinayana was incorporated in 1992 with the registered office at New Delhi and received NBFC license from RBI on January 08, 2003. It was acquired by the present management in financial year 20-21 and commenced its lending operations from its Corporate Office at Lucknow in December 2020. The objective of Vinayana is to provide a platform to the small entrepreneurs for access to hassle free, quick and easy financing for the growth of their businesses. Vinayana financial transactions are in the nature of lending to individual shopkeepers for deployment of the funds borrowed in income generation purposes by way of restoring the stock or expansion of existing businesses. Vinayana has marked up its presence widely in the North India and serving 6000 borrowers with outstanding portfolio of Rs. 9.47 crores as on December 31, 2023.
