Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) provides educational excellence to young children with visual impairments in order to build a strong foundation for reaching their highest potential. We have an office and state-of-the-art Kids Town Preschool in Louisville, and office space in Lexington, Kentucky. We also have a Family Resource Center in Indianapolis, Indiana complete with office space and adaptive play/learning areas for families. VIPS provides in-home, vision-specific, early intervention across Indiana (birth to three) and Kentucky (birth to five) to children who are blind or visually impaired.
