Vital Communities cultivates the civic, environmental, and economic vitality of the Upper Valley. The region is composed of 69 towns straddling the Connecticut River between New Hampshire and Vermont with the tri-city core of Hanover and Lebanon in New Hampshire, and White River Junction in Vermont. Our mission is to engage Upper Valley people, organizations, and communities to create equitable solutions to our regions challenges.
