Sitting along the banks of the Hudson River, with view of the Manhattan skyline to the south and the Tappan Zee Bridge (now known as the Mario Cuomo Bridge) to the north are the North American headquarters for Volcafe Specialty Coffee. It is here, in the historic village of Irvington, named after the famed author of such works as The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Rip Van Winkle, Washington Irving, where the heart and soul of our merchanting operation beats, in our state-of-the-art cupping lab.
