Voyager RV Centre

Following a move from Saskatchewan to the Okanagan in the early 1970s, Founder Rod Friesen opened Voyager RV on April 24, 1984. Located in Winfield BC, the business featured five consignment RVs and an office in a double-wide trailer. I got quite a few consignments, and that was my inventory explains Friesen. We scoured the local classifieds, magazines, and back alleys. Things started to grow from there. That sales lot is now home to over 350 RVs on over 12 acres of land and a two-story office and parts store along with three service and detail shops has replaced the double-wide trailer. In 2004 Rodneys son Jason assumed the role of Vice President, and has helped grow the family business within the digital age. Dad built such a great brand and reputation explains Jason. Were now focused on the integration of new technologies to continue that growth. From 1 employee in 1984, the father son duo credit their growth to the now over 60 employees.
