HOW THE W CONCEPT STARTED Inspired by working more than 15 years with the greatest masters of sushi and fusion cuisine, the owner was motivated to offer his concept restaurant, W Sushi, to the local market. W symbol in the Japanese language stands for spirit, heart, & soul that is manifested by inner balance and pleasure. A story on which the whole concept is based, and the message we want to send to our guests in our restaurants is that all of them are equal. It does not matter who you are or where you come from, but to take advantage of this unique moment in the best way possible, otherwise the opportunity will never get back. W is inspired by recipes and creations of the worlds best chefs. The concept was launched in Belgrade, where we present a new angle of gastronomy.
