Mission Statement Wahupa Educational Services facilitates equal access to the educational system for all members of the community and especially for those who come from families with limited incomes, or who belong to groups that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. Management Philosophy Wahupa exists to administer pre-college counseling programs funded 100% by the U.S. Department of Education, and to bring these services to as many low-income and underrepresented students and families as possible.
