WAI - Women in Alternative Investments

The WAI network aimes at narrowing the gender gaps, promoting, encouraging and empowering women within the Alternative Investments Industry. This initiative is led by Isabella Munoz, partner at MAS Equity Partners, Paula Delgadillo, head of Colcapital and Ana Zarruk, Head of LatAm at Pantheon. It started in 2017 with the intention of providing networking spaces for the few women who were part of the PE Industry in Colombia. Today there are more than 100 women connected in the WAI Network
