Waolani Judd Nazarene School

Founded in 1967, Waolani Judd Nazarene School (WJNS) is a ministry of Honolulu First Church of the Nazarene (HFNaz). Located at the original site in Nuuanu Valley, the school first opened as a day care with just four students. Over the years the school has grown to include preschool threes to eight grade with a current enrollment of 230 students. The philosophy of WJNS is rooted in the Word of God with the belief that a childs academic, emotional, physical and spiritual needs are best met through Christian training and sound educational principles. WJNS supports the belief that education is a cooperative venture among students, parents and teachers; the more closely we work together, the more effective our efforts will be.
