Warde Advogados is a law firm dedicated to highly complex corporate, securities and finance law issues. Our law firm was established by its partners Walfrido Jorge Warde Junior and Rudi Alberto Lehmann Jr. in 1996, and has been involved in important cases related to the economic development and the consolidation of the legal institutions in Brazil.
