Warner Mechanical Corporation was founded by Herbert Bert Warner in the 1930s under the name Warner Plumbing & Heating. Bert sought to build a reputation for the company throughout the town of Fremont, Ohio by being an instrumental part of helping create the infrastructure of the town. Fremont is where Warner Mechanical has called home since its origination and remains to this day. Bert passed the company on to his son, Herbert Warner, once he returned from military service in 1948.
