The Warren-Trumbull County Public Librarys mission is to enhance lives by connecting people and ideas. The library system includes a Main Library and five branch libraries; a Bookmobile that travels throughout Trumbull County; outreach services to homebound individuals, daycares, and preschools; and a virtual branch open 24/7 through a website at www.WTCPL.org. CONNECTIONS TO ENDLESS EXPLORATION - The W-TCPL is dedicated to providing access to materials and services to meet the informational, cultural, and educational needs of the residents of Trumbull County. Library customers can borrow books, movies on DVD, music CDs, magazines, audiobooks, and electronic resources. A library card is free to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Ohio.
