Washington Chamber Orchestra

Founded in 2014, a group of musicians who are active in their musical careers as soloists, chamber musicians, orchestral players, and professors, formed together with the same goal- to reach out to the different and diverse communities through excellent quality of classical music concerts. In its inaugural year, 30 finest quality of musicians visited and performed in many different venues and cities through Washington D.C, Virginia and Maryland areas to fulfill its mission. WCO has been invited to perform at the Spotlight on the Arts festival in Fairfax, VA, and has visited an elementary school in a poverty area in Baltimore, to give an educational concert as a part of the OrchKids program by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. WCO plans to continue its mission as an ambassador of classical music to people with all ages and cultures without comprising quality of excellence
