A non-profit, non-partisan organization that represents Washingtons counties before the state legislature, the state executive branch, and regulatory agencies. Membership within the organization is comprised of the County Executives, Councilmembers and Commissioners of Washingtons 39 Counties. WSAC provides services, resources and training for all county-run organizations
