Washington State Bank

Washington State Bank was originally chartered in April of 1932 in Washington, Iowa. Since then, we have grown to serve the communities and surrounding areas of Fairfield and Columbus Junction. Even through our continued growth, we are proud to be a locally owned and operated community bank. As a locally owned and operated bank, we assist many diverse organizations, causes and school districts throughout Southeast Iowa. We give back to our communities through volunteering, donation pledges, event sponsorships and scholarships for continued education. We encourage our staff to be involved and are proud of their dedicated service hours they continue to provide. Supporting local businesses in our communities is also important to us so in 2015 we launched WSBs Cash Mob, a program that encourages employees and the public to shop local through advertised shopping events.
