WASPA (Wireless Application Services Providers Association)

The Wireless Application Service Providers Association (WASPA) was formed in 2004, to serve as a self-regulatory body with a mandate to represent and regulate its voluntary members, which provide mobile-based Value-Added Services within South Africa. As well as representing the interests of WASPAs members, WASPA plays a key role in regulating the provision of mobile applications and services in South Africa.
